AI Revenue Partners connects affiliates ("Affiliates") and vendors ("Merchants") in a partnership to promote AI-first SaaS products through a performance-based marketing network. These Services include:

  • Affiliate tracking and reporting tools
  • Financial management (including commission payouts)
  • Marketing campaign management tools
  • Support for recurring commissions and performance-based awards


Additional terms may apply to specific features of the Services and will be disclosed to you when accessing those features.

3. Account Registration

  • To use our Services, you must create an account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.


4. Affiliate and Merchant Obligations

For Affiliates:

  • Affiliates must ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable laws, including data privacy regulations and advertising guidelines.
  • Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including spamming, false advertising, or unauthorized use of AI Revenue Partners’ intellectual property.


For Merchants:

  • Merchants are responsible for accurately defining commission structures, payouts, and campaign terms.
  • Merchants must ensure that all products/services promoted through the network comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.


5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Promoting illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
  • Interfering with the operation of the Website or Services
  • Misusing personal data obtained through the platform


6. Fees and Payments

  • AI Revenue Partners collects service fees for facilitating affiliate marketing partnerships, as outlined in our pricing plans.
  • Affiliates will receive commission payments as per the agreed terms with Merchants. AI Revenue Partners is not responsible for disputes between Affiliates and Merchants regarding payouts.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technologies on the Website or in the Services are owned by or licensed to AI Revenue Partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Revenue Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful activities. You may terminate your account by contacting us at support@revenuepartners.ai.
