1. Introduction

These Affiliate / Partner Terms (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an affiliate, partner, or promoter (“Partner,” “you,” or “your”) within the RevenuePartners.ai platform.

By registering as a Partner or participating in any affiliate or partner program through our platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Partner Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain ethical marketing practices

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Partner application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Partners will be provided with unique tracking links or identifiers.

You agree that:

  • All commissions are based solely on tracked and verified activity
  • We are not responsible for untracked or misattributed traffic
  • Tampering with tracking systems is strictly prohibited

All attribution decisions are final.

4. Commissions

A. Commission Structure

  • Commission rates are defined by each Vendor
  • Commissions may vary by product, offer, or campaign

B. Commission Eligibility

You earn commissions only when:

  • A valid transaction occurs
  • The transaction is properly tracked and attributed
  • The transaction is not fraudulent, refunded, or disputed

C. Commission Adjustments

Commissions may be withheld, reduced, or reversed in cases of:

  • Refunds or chargebacks
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Violations of this Agreement

5. Payments

  • Commission payments are made by Vendors or facilitated through the platform
  • Payment timing, thresholds, and methods may vary
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment details

RevenuePartners.ai is not responsible for:

  • Delayed or missed payments by Vendors
  • Payment disputes between Partners and Vendors

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in:

Fraud & Abuse

  • Fake leads, fake clicks, or artificial traffic
  • Self-referrals or incentivized purchases (unless explicitly allowed)
  • Cookie stuffing or tracking manipulation

Spam & Unethical Marketing

  • Unsolicited emails or messages (spam)
  • Misleading or false claims about products
  • Impersonation of brands or companies

Brand Abuse

  • Using Vendor trademarks without permission
  • Running unauthorized ads using Vendor brand names
  • Misrepresenting your relationship with RevenuePartners.ai or Vendors

Technical Abuse

  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
  • Circumventing tracking or attribution systems

7. Content & Promotion Guidelines

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your content is truthful and compliant
  • Disclosing affiliate relationships where required
  • Following platform-specific rules (e.g., social media, email)

8. Fraud Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor Partner activity
  • Investigate suspicious behavior
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Withhold or reverse commissions

All decisions regarding fraud or abuse are final.

9. Relationship to Vendors

RevenuePartners.ai acts as a platform provider.

You acknowledge that:

  • Vendors control their offers and commission structures
  • Vendors are responsible for their products and services
  • RevenuePartners.ai is not liable for Vendor actions

10. No Guarantee of Earnings

We do not guarantee:

  • Any level of income or commissions
  • Availability of specific offers
  • Continued participation in any program

Your results depend on your own efforts and external factors.

11. Termination

A. By You

You may terminate your participation at any time.

B. By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate this Agreement
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • You pose risk to the platform or Vendors

C. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Access to the platform may be revoked
  • Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred

12. Intellectual Property

You may not:

  • Use RevenuePartners.ai branding without permission
  • Claim ownership of platform materials

All platform content remains the property of RevenuePartners.ai.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

RevenuePartners.ai shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of commissions or income
  • Vendor payment disputes
  • Platform downtime or errors

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevenuePartners.ai from any claims arising from:

  • Your marketing activities
  • Your violations of this Agreement
  • Any legal or regulatory issues caused by your actions

15. Independent Relationship

You are an independent contractor.

This Agreement does not create:

  • Employment
  • Partnership
  • Agency

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of:

Santa Fe County, New Mexico, United States

17. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
